After initial consultation the High Level Design (HLD) document will be one of the first documents created to your satisfaction. Typically 10-20 pages long this document will summarise your solution and bring together relevant information gathered from stakeholders.
Solution Viability
It's easy to write a summary document without the detail and call someone's bluff that the solution will actually work....
That's not our approach!
Your HLD will be written with knowledge that the solution WILL work, either through use of validated architecture patterns or technical investigation. Detail is often investigated at high level stage.
To further this approach, it is typical that the documents we produce will go through a peer-review process both on our count and on yours in order to refine the HLD into acceptance.
