Through simple VPN access through your corporate firewall or straight to your Terminal Server/DMZ we can deploy additional configuration to your network devices to deliver functionality and security.
With years of experience in remotely fault finding networks we can quickly understand the network topology at hand and work towards fault resolution.
If you require a simple remote consultancy session in order to find areas for improvement we are happy to help. This can involve arranging a pre-defined 'look-around' your network, depending on it's size to provide recommendations and deliver health-checks.
Starting with the initial telephone conversation or web conferencing via Microsoft Teams/Skype or Zoom (we have used numerous others); your requirements will be discussed and agreed upon as well as any Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), timings and costs.
We currently use Team Viewer as a terminal based access method and can use Web-based SSL and client based VPN to remote onto your management servers/devices.
We will test remote access to your network prior to the implementation date and seek to obtain any network authentication required to assess your environment.
We will request applicable network information such as diagrams and IP Schemas and compose an approach plan keeping you informed.
The task will be completed at the agreed date and time.
You will be contacted directly after the task and receive a follow up report to evidence the task we have carried out.
